Orders are shipped to the shipping address by courier.

Shipping time estimates are included on each product page. If your order is time-critical, please contact us prior to order to confirm delivery day.

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping basket based on the total size and weight of the item(s), and destination.


All products are sourced through official channels and come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Cash on delivery (Auckland metro area only) and bank transfer payment is accepted by prior arrangement.


We offer a 7 day right of return, subject to the following conditions: (1) You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order that you wish to return it. (2) The item must be returned to us unopened, in pristine,brand new, unused condition with full original packaging intact. Products whose packaging is sealed must have the seal unbroken. (3) Payments will be credited less 5%, for restocking and credit card processing fees. Our returns policy is not a ‘try before you buy’ scheme and is intended to refund customers who have made a genuine mistake and have not opened the packaging.
