Tiger Security recently completed a Kiwibuild apartment block access control, intercom and CCTV system installation at the Wordsworth Apartments in Manurewa, South Auckland.
This block of 12 apartments was designed for older residents. Each apartment included an ABB voice intercom, allowing residents to communicate with an intercom station located at each of the four breezeway gates controlled by magnetic locks we also installed. These gates were also controlled by swipe card access, with attendant exit and emergency exit egress buttons. The hub of the access control was a Honey NetAXS-4® control panel.
In addition, four CCTV surveillance cameras were installed, resulting in a comprehensive security solution for the complex. The project was successfully completed in May 2020.
