The Mt. Albert Grammar School dance and drama block saw the conversion and refurbishment of an existing two storey building.
The result was a fantastic new facility for the teaching of performing arts.
Tiger Security was contracted to handle the security aspects of the new block. This entailed integrating the block into the school’s existing security system – an Inner Range Integriti.
New access controlled doors, with swipe card functionality were added, comprising doors fitted with both magnetic locks and electric strike locks.
The intrustion system was extended with additional motion sensors and internal sirens.
Tiger Security was also contracted to cable, supply and install Avigilon CCTV cameras, while the school’s existing CCTV contractor was tasked with commissioning the system.
The project was successfully completed in late 2022.
