Tiger Security completed another important education-sector project, delivering an extension of the existing security system at Glen Eden Intermediate as part of the school’s rebuilt classroom Block 9 development.
The project formed part of the wider construction programme to modernise and renovate teaching spaces while ensuring the school’s security infrastructure remained fully operational throughout the build.
A key requirement of the project was maintaining uninterrupted protection across the school during construction works. Careful staging and coordination allowed the school to retain security coverage without disruption to daily operations or creating unnecessary risk during the construction phase.
The completed work included extending the alarm system into the new classroom block, installing new intrusion detection points, and integrating the new zones into the school’s existing security platform. In addition, new CCTV cameras were installed to provide clear surveillance coverage around Block 9 and adjoining access points, strengthening visibility across the upgraded learning environment.
