The Arrowhead Elite alarm is one of New Zealand’s best-selling alarm systems.
This is due to the Elite’s ease of installation and programming, reliability and great pricing. It’s also New Zealand-made, which makes support and technicial issues easy to sort out.
We are often contacted by people all over the coutnry asking us how to programme an Arrowhead alarm. As a first step we would always recommend contacting a local certified Arrowhead technician to have a look at the system. Be aware that any tinkering or programming with the alarm panel by someone who is not a certified Arrowhead tecnhician may void the product warranty.
Nevertheless, Arrowhead have provided downloadable programming intsruction manuals online. Manuals are available online for the following Arrowhead Elite models: ESL, ESL-2, ESX, Elite 8D, Elite 16D, Elite V2, and Elite TRX.
The manuals generally come in two formats – (1) a quick programming summary (or quick start guide), which should be sufficient for anyone to get a brand new alarm up and running with basic protections, and (2) the full programming manual – the comprehensive guide to programming the alarm beyond the basic requirements, and which often included troubleshooting sections.
If your alarm has already been installed and has developed problems, we recommend you contact your local certified Arrowhead alarm technician.
Tiger Security services Arrowhead alarms in the Auckland area only. Contact us if you have problems and we’ll send a technician to investigate.
